Installation
guide - for wall and ceiling system
We provide the various
kinds of wall and ceiling installation methods for Elephant brand as
follows:
1. Wall
system - Elephant
2. T-bar
ceiling system - Elephant
3. Long

I.
Wall system

Metal
wall system
|

Components:
1. 12mm or 15mm gypsum board
2. C stud
3. U track
Installaion guide:
1. Install U track both on the floor and on the ceiling in
the fixed line by screw. The distance of
each screw is 30cm.
2. Install C stud inside U track in distance of either 40cm
or 60 cm by revate both on the top end and lower end of
U-track.
3. Install either 12mm or 15mm gypsum board on the prepared
metal, the distance of each screw should be at most 30cm.
4. Cover the jointer by sealing tape, then paint as you
need.

Koolrock
system
|

Components:
1. 50mm or 60mm Koolrock board
3. U track
Installaion guide:
1. Install U track both on the floor and on the ceiling in
the fixed line by screw. The distance of
each screw is 30cm.
2. Insert the first Koolrock board along U track and push
it to the wall.
3. Insert the second Koolrock board along U track and push it
close to the first one, the edge of both sheets will be
automatically locked by jointing system.
4. Do the step 3 until the last sheet of Koolrock. For
the last sheet, cut Koolrock board width less than actual width
area by 1.5cm, and cut the height less than actual height area by
30-40cm, and insert inside U-track.
5. For the remaining area on the top most, cut Koolrock board
height less than actual height area by 2.5cm, then insert the last
Koolrock piece by using another small piece of gypsum board to
push it up, and insert into that area.
6. Cover the jointer by sealing tape, then paint as you
need.

II.
T-bar ceiling system

Components:
1. Main T, cross T, wall angle, suspension hook
2. 60x60cm, 60x120cm or 120x240cm gypsum board
Installaion guide:
1. Install wall angle along 4 sides of the room.
2. Install T-bar suspension hook in distance of 121cm along
the room length and distance of 60.5cm along the room width, then
install main T-bar with the prepared suspension hook.
3. For T-bar 60x60cm, the cross T-bar distance should be
60.5cm. On the other hand, the cross T-bar distance will be
121cm for T-bar 60x120cm installation.
4. Take the prepared gypsum board in either 60x60cm or 60x120cm on
the installed T-bar.

interlock system - traditional installation

Components:
1. Main T, cross T, wall angle, suspension hook
2. 60x60cm, 60x120cm or 120x240cm gypsum board
Installaion guide:
1. Install wall angle along 4 sides of the room.
2. Install T-bar suspension hook in distance of 121cm along
the room length and distance of 60.5cm along the room width, then
install main T-bar with the prepared suspension hook.
3. For T-bar 60x60cm, the cross T-bar distance should be
60.5cm. On the other hand, the cross T-bar distance will be
121cm for T-bar 60x120cm installation.
4. Take the prepared gypsum board in either 60x60cm or 60x120cm on
the installed T-bar.

interlock system - save cost installation

Components:
1. Main T, cross T, wall angle, suspension hook
2. 60x60cm, 60x120cm or 120x240cm gypsum board
Installaion guide:
1. Install wall angle along 4 sides of the room.
2. Install T-bar suspension hook in distance of 60.5cm
along the room length and distance of 121cm along the room width,
then install main T-bar with the prepared suspension
hook.
3. For T-bar 60x60cm, the cross T-bar distance should be
60.5cm. On the other hand, the cross T-bar distance will be
121cm for T-bar 60x120cm installation.
4. Take the prepared gypsum board in either 60x60cm or 60x120cm on
the installed T-bar.

III.
Long panel ceiling system

Components:
1. C-line, wall angle, clip lock, rod joiner, hook, No.8 rod,
anchor bolt, steel angle, joiner
2. 120x240cm gypsum board
Installaion guide:
1. Install wall angle along 4 sides of the room.
2. Install suspension hook in distance of 1-1.2m along the
room width, fix one side of it (ceiling side) with the anchor
bolt. For another side, fix it with upper
C-line (on wall angle) with the anchor bolt.
3. Install lower C-line in perpendicular to upper C-line
with clip lock in distance of either 40cm for 9mm gypsum
board or 60cm for 12mm gypsum board.
4. Install gypsum board with the lower C-line with screw.
